Organizers of road races in central Georgia say policy changes and a merger of parks and recreation departments have led them to cancel events. The Allman Brothers Band Museum's Big House Foundation and the Children's Hospital at The Medical Center of Central Georgia both canceled plans for half-marathons this fall.
