Bacteria Prompts Sandwich Recall
A prepackaged food manufacturer is recalling sandwiches distributed to Race Trac gas stations in Georgia because of a possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Flying Food Group Inc. announced Saturday that the potentially deadly bacteria could be items produced by its Lawrenceville, Ga., plant. The company says no illnesses have been reported in connection with the recall.
