The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for large parts of north Georgia. The weather service said in a statement that the frost advisory will be in effect from 2 a.m. until 10 a.m. Friday. The frost advisory covers the entire metro Atlanta area, as well as several Georgia cities. They include LaGrange, Gainesville, Rome and Dalton.
