Time is running out on a tax rebate for energy-efficient home repairs. The $1,500 tax credit was part of the federal stimulus and has helped Georgia businesses selling air-conditioners, water heaters and other products. Gill Sasser of Savannah Window World says, he hopes Congress renews it before it expires in a month.
