Voters in more than a dozen cities and counties across Georgia decided to allow alcohol sales on Sunday. But alcohol wasn't such a popular candidate at the polls in Dublin, Ga. The city midway between Savannah and Atlanta is rich with Irish heritage, but on Tuesday a healthy majority of voters said "no Guinness on the Sabbath.”
