Zoo Atlanta's giant panda cub is celebrating his first birthday Thursday. Po is the only giant panda cub born at a U.S. zoo last year. He is the third cub born to his parents at Zoo Atlanta.

Zoo Atlanta officials say Kudzoo, daughter of famed western lowland gorilla Willie B., is expecting her second infant in the spring. Zoo officials estimate she is about two and a half months into her pregnancy, which typically lasts about eight months in gorillas.
