The former executive director of the Governor's Office of Workforce Development says she's running for Congress in Georgia's 11th District. Tricia Pridemore, who was appointed to the post by Gov. Nathan Deal, announced her bid late Monday.
Following a bitter race Sue Everhart elected to her third term. Everhart ran against Tricia Pridemore who was hand picked by Governor Deal. Deal was booed at today's convention when he spoke out in support of Pridemore.
