A survey shows, not all Savannah businesses were thrilled by results from the city's first-ever Rock-and-Roll Marathon. City leaders hailed the run as a tourism coup. About twenty-three thousand runners and their families filled the city in early November. But some businesses saw empty stores, blaming road closures and the race's route.
