Georgia Power goes before state regulators Monday to give a status report on the nuclear expansion of Plant Vogtle near Augusta. Public Service Commissioner Bobby Baker says things are going as planned for the two new reactors scheduled to go online in 2016 and 2017. "There have been changes but not any substantive changes as far as the cost or design right now." Baker says the company anticipates federal regulators to sign off on the design next September as scheduled.
