    South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley has vetoed an attempt to strip power from the office building an ocean terminal jointly with Georgia. The Joint Project Office or J-P-O is planning a new port on the South Carolina side of the shared Savannah River. Haley says, she vetoed a measure that would strip power from the agency pushing the terminal.
