The state's judicial watchdog has issued a private letter of reprimand against an Albany judge following his arrest last year. The Judicial Qualifications Commission said Monday that Municipal Court Judge Willie Weaver brought discredit on the judicial system when he was arrested during an incident involving his wife in May 2011.
