Mitsubishi Power is marking the end of one phase of construction and the beginning of another at its plant near Savannah. Officials with the Japanese heavy equipment maker say, they expect to begin work soon at their electrical turbine manufacturing facility in Pooler. The company will dedicate the plant, expected to employ 200 by the end of next year.
