The sheriff in an east Georgia county who narrowly lost a re-election bid has filed a complaint with state officials, alleging that a dead person and felons cast ballots in the Nov. 6 election. Lincoln County Sheriff Gerald Lawson filed the complaint with the Georgia Secretary of State's Office.
