Republican leadership Monday in the Georgia House gave everyone a lesson in political cooperation. Representative Edward Lindsey, a Republican representing Atlanta's 54th district, moved to reconsider several bills passed by the House on Crossover Day. Each of the bills was a local measure, sponsored by a Democrat.
