Members of the Georgia State University marching band have been preparing for their day in the spotlight Monday in Washington. Presidential inauguration organizers selected the high-energy blue-and-white ensemble to be in the parade that follows President Obama's second swearing-in this morning. And they aren't the only Georgians participating.
