Former Georgia Rep. Bob Barr says he's planning to run again for Congress. Barr made the announcement Thursday at a large outdoor sporting goods and firearms store in Smyrna, just outside of Atlanta.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is one of three test sites for new software for the full-body scanners that produces a generic male or female outline rather than a graphic image of individual travelers. The Transportation Security Administration developed the software to address privacy concerns about the scanners.
