Atlanta mayor Kasim Reed says the city has agreed to pay $4.9 million to the family of a 92-year-old woman killed in a botched drug raid. The mayor said Monday that Atlanta will pay the family of Kathryn Johnston $2.9 million this fiscal year and the rest next year.
