The Georgia Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case involving two Savannah congregations arguing over the same historic church. The more conservative and liberal wings of Savannah's Christ Church split three years ago, sending rival factions to court over who owns the 173 year-old sanctuary on a downtown Savannah square.
