Lawyers for singer Gregg Allman and the producers of biopic “Midnight Rider” Tuesday asked a Chatham County judge to dismiss Allman’s lawsuit to block the film. The negotiations came after an initial hearing Monday that focused on a fatal train accident on the set of the film about Allman’s life.
