Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal says travelers who arrive in Atlanta from a country affected by Ebola who show no symptoms will be screened and dealt with in one of three ways.

Travelers who are not health workers but who have had direct contact with a person infected with Ebola will be placed in a quarantine facility to be monitored.

Health care workers who have been treating Ebola patients but show no symptoms will be closely monitored by state health officials using video or home visits.

Travelers who have visited affected countries but who had no contact with anyone infected by Ebola will have to sign an agreement to monitor themselves and report results to state health officials.

Anyone showing symptoms of the disease will immediately brought to a hospital.
