Atlanta's Cyclorama and Civil War Museum are offering free admission to military personnel and their family members.

Spokeswoman for Mayor Kasim Reed Sonji Jacobs says the museum will offer free admission for veterans and their relatives between Memorial Day and Labor Day through a collaboration with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families and the Department of Defense.

The museum is one of more than 1,800 in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and American Samoa participating in the partnership.

Director of Atlanta's Office of Cultural Affairs Camille Russell-Love says the partnership is a small token of gratitude toward veterans and their relatives.
