The city of Cleveland will get one million dollars to make critical sewer improvements. The project is expected to save 175 jobs, and attract advanced manufacturing firms to the region.

Jeff Davis County, Hazlehurst and Denton will receive more than 900 thousand dollars to help construct a rail spur that will be used by a manufacturer of wood pellets to export its products. That project is expected to create 100 jobs.
