City officials say the store will inject millions into the local economy and provide about 200 new jobs.
County commissioners voted to provide the company with $10 million to help cover development costs.
The funds could also be used to pay for the land near Interstate 20 where the store will be built.
Officials expect it to be open by November of 2011.
