Governor Sonny Perdue is on another trade mission.
Having been to Cuba a couple of weeks ago, Perdue and a Georgia delegation of economic development officials arrived in Buenos Aires yesterday.
The Governor says the aim of the trip is to reconnect with important trading partners in South America. The trip through Wednesday includes stops in Argentina and Uruguay.
Perdue last visited Argentina in 2004 when the state along with the city of Atlanta went after the chance to get the headquarters location of the Secretariat of the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas.
