Bombardier Aerospace will set-up a maintenance, repair and overhaul operation at Macon’s airport, representing a $2 million investment. The Georgia location is meant to complement two existing Bombardier-owned commercial aircraft service centers in Bridgeport, W.Va. and Tuscon, Arizona.
Georgia officials say the move is a boost to the state’s growing presence in the aerospace sector.
