The wintry mix moving through north Georgia yesterday has now shifted southeast, but forecasters with the National Weather Service say the southern part of the state will just see rain.

The storm dropped 2-4 inches of snow on Northwest Georgia last night. Northeast Georgia got up to a half inch of ice.

Georgia Department of Transportation crews treated roads and bridges in North Georgia yesterday in anticipation of the storm.
