Kate Hanni of flyerrights.org claims the airline illegally hacked her emails.
U.S. District Judge Sim Lake in Houston said that it’s more likely than not Delta got into her computer and stole her files. Delta says they legally got the emails.
Hanni says Delta wanted to derail her efforts to protect people from long tarmac delays and other inconveniences. She is seeking at least $11 million in damages.
