It’s been about a month since Georgia House Speaker Glenn Richardson resigned. He stepped down after being accused of having an affair with a lobbyist. There have been some noticeable changes under the Gold Dome since. Some are cosmetic, some are substantial, and all are having an impact on how policy is made. John Sepulvado reports.
