It's the first time that a men's basketball team in the Peach Belt Conference has hit the top spot .
The team has a 14-0 season record, after defeating Armstrong Atlantic University on Wednesday.
The Jaguars debuted at 6th place this season.
This week's poll also has Valdosta State University's Blazers at 11th.
The Jaguars and Blazers face off on Saturday in Valdosta.
