Thirty seven-year-old Paul Holmes died early Monday at Atlanta's Grady Memorial Hospital. Police said Holmes was injured early Sunday when the ambulance he was riding in was involved in an accident with a car.
Holmes had been with the Douglas County Fire-EMS Department since May 2008 and had recently completed firefighter training.
