Vick has not played in the NFL since 2006 when he was arrested on dog fighting charges.
Vick was convicted in August 2007 and sentenced to 23 months in federal prison.
The NFL had indefinitely suspended him.
At the time of his arrest, he was the quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons.
