Twenty-five-year-old Jquante Crews is believed to have been the getaway driver in the July 25 killing of Forrest at an Atlanta gas station.
Police also arrested 20-year-old Demario Ware this week.
Investigators are looking for a third suspect believed to be the shooter of the Augusta native boxer.
He was shot to death after he chased man who robbed him.
