LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
A Georgia company will shell out more than 300-thousand dollars for violating air pollution laws.
The settlement addresses pollution from Carrolton-based Southwire’s western Kentucky aluminum processing plant.
Kentucky and the federal government will split the money.
