ATLANTA —
The state has approved $43 million in loans for water and sewer system projects.
The money will go to 26 projects. Most of them will use $39 million in federal stimulus funds.
Gov. Sonny Perdue said infrastructure investment creates jobs, and improving health and safety is critical to prosperity.
