Former Atlanta Falcon Michael Vick is a free man tonight.

Vick was released from federal custody Monday at his home in Virginia. That is where he had been under home confinement for the last two months of his 23-month sentence on dog fighting charges.

The Falcons released Vick in June and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has said he would review Vick’s pro football status once he completes his sentence.
