Bernard Greenhouse was the cellist of the Beaux Arts Trio for over three decade. He died Friday at his home on Cape Cod at the age of 95. In tribute to Bernard Greenhouse, we hear two Beaux Arts Trio recordings from the 1980s: Rachmaninoff's Elegiac Trio No. 1 and Beethoven's "Ghost" Trio.
