The Constitutional Amendment allowing State Charter Schools had been tabled in the Senate.

A bill limiting abortions after 20 weeks passes the House. Current law allows abortions through 26 weeks.

A long-awaited measure to revise Georgia’s Juvenile Justice Code clears the House.
