On tonight’s program, an expected House vote on the extensive Tax Overhaul Bill is delayed again. A spokesman from House Speaker David Ralston’s office says the bill is dead for the session.

The Senate considers illegal immigration legislation that would require many employers to check citizenship status of their workers through the federal e-verify program.

We continue our leadership interview series with Lt. Governor Casey Cagle, talking about the leadership struggle in the Senate.

We also welcome Buddy Darden, a former state legislator and and congressman who is senior counsel at Mckenna Long & Aldridge , and Bill Crane, a political analyst with CSI Crane.
