Georgia Attorney General Thurbert Baker speaks out on reapportionment.
Susan Hoffman has an exclusive interview with Attorney General Baker to
discuss his decision not to withdraw the State's reapportionment case
from the U.S. Supreme Court.

Senator Daniel Lee is the head of the Senate Reapportionment
Committee. Today he talked with Gerald Bryant about Georgia's current
reapportionment woes.

Today the Senate Reapportionment Committee met today to
discuss SB 91, the Governor's reapportionment legislation. The bill
aims to create new rules for redistricting in the future.

The Georgia Rural Economic Development Council has a new
leader. Today Governor Sonny Perdue appointed himself as the new
chairman, replacing Lieutenant Governor Mark Taylor. Hamilton Northcutt

Tax Liens are the subject of much confusion for many Fulton
County residents. Delinquent Payments to the Tax Commissioner's office
are currently being transferred to third party lien holders. David
