Georgia Public Broadcasting's nine public television stations deliver quality PBS and locally produced programming to every county in Georgia, and to significant portions of surrounding states.
We are offering a compensated Television Production Internship for junior and senior level college students pursuing a degree with an emphasis or interest in production.
The internships will provide knowledge of the many tasks involved in producing studio and documentary programs for a public television audience, ranging from research through field and studio production to editing.
Responsibilities include: research, assisting on field and studio shoots, transcribing interviews, tape logging, digitizing, dubbing, maintaining production files and other duties as assigned.
Students will be required to approximately 20 hours per week. No previous production experience required. Internship may be eligible for Class Credit or Student Evaluation if coordinated through your college or university.
