Kevin Parsons, Matthew Lee, Priya Patil, Benji Hoover, and Josh DeVane invented CardiacTech , which is an chest retractor for bypass surgery. Kevin is from Sugar Hill, Georgia, and he studied Mechanical Engineering. Matthew is from Atlanta, Georgia, and he studied Biomedical Engineering. Priya Patil is also from Atlanta, Georgia, and she studied Biomedical Engineering. Benji Hoover is from Flowery Branch, Georgia, and he studied Mechanical Engineering. Josh DeVane is from Peachtree City, Georgia, and he also studied Mechanical Engineering.

Kevin says, "InVenture Prize is an opportunity to realize our ideas and make them come to life."
