Dr. Wayne Clough, President, Georgia Tech. Dr. Clough has served as President of Georgia Tech since 1994 and the institution has flourished under his leadership: SAT scores, retention and graduation rates have all increased significantly; research expenditures have more than doubled; women and minorities are better represented on campus and the overall ranking of Tech has soared nationally. But Clough steps down at the end of this academic year to take a new position as the head of the Smithsonian Institution. He joins us to discuss his time at Tech and what the future holds for the institution and for him.
