Dr. Kate Heilpern, Acting Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Emory School of Medicine, joins us with her recommendations … Also this week: Private Cities – they are a hot topic in the Legislature. Florida loves them, but will be they good for Georgia? Also known as Community Development Districts, private cities establish local, special-purpose governments that can levy taxes to provide funding to build and manage the infrastructure needed to support new development.
