Marshall Shepherd, Associate Professor and Physical Meteorologist/Climatologist at UGA, joins us to discuss the outlook. Before joining the UGA faculty this year, Dr. Shepherd was a research meteorologist in the Earth-Sun Division at NASA-Goddard Space Flight Center.
