Coastal Development – Georgia's coastal counties are seeing a population boom. As new-comers flood in, developers are building golf-courses, homes and other amenities. But environmentalists are worried that the coast's fragile resources can't withstand the onslaught and they want to protect the salt marshes and forests. Can both groups win?
