Big changes in Georgia's child support guidelines! – Which parent should bear the financial burden for children after a divorce? It's a heated question, with advocates on both sides of the issue. Earlier this year, the Georgia Commission on Child Support undertook a comprehensive review of the state's child support guidelines and their findings and suggestions will soon be available for public comment. Joining us to discuss the background to the changes and the public hearing process is State Senator Seth Harp, [R] Midland, a member of the 15-person Commission.

Most people use it without a second thought as to how it actually works or who makes the decisions about it, but those background issues are negotiated on an international level. Prof. Hans Klein of Georgia Tech's School of Public Policy is just back from an international Internet conference in Tunis, Tunisia. He joins us to discuss some of the hot issues in Internet policy.
