It’s a Georgia-based brewer that really can’t be called a “microbrewery” anymore. The company is Sweetwater, and they produce 25-thousand barrels of product each year, mostly beer. It’s the outgrowth of two college roommates at the University of Colorado Boulder, one of the most beautiful campuses in the country.
