It’s a Georgia-based brewer that really can’t be called a “microbrewery” anymore. The company is Sweetwater, and they produce 25-thousand barrels of product each year, mostly beer. It’s the outgrowth of two college roommates at the University of Colorado Boulder, one of the most beautiful campuses in the country. The co-founder and Big Kahuna, Freddy Bensch, is our guest this week.
