Kayak Guide Michael Gowen, of SouthEast Adventure Outfitters, will take the Georgia Outdoors crew on a 3 day voyage down the Altamaha River. We'll travel over forty river miles from just south of Jesup, Georgia all the way into the Atlantic Ocean. Along the way we'll meet up with several caretakers of this amazing waterway: the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, the Altamaha Riverkeepers and The Nature Conservancy.
