Antico was inspired by pizza maestro Giovanni Di Palma, who learned from his grandparents in Naples, Italy the secrets to making great pizza. Some sources say it’s the best pizza in the United States. Chef Marvin takes us behind the scenes with Pizzaiolo Giovanni to learn how true authentic Italian pizza is made. At Antico, the pizza is served until the dough runs out.

Misty Mountain Model Railroad

Blairsville, Ga.

Charles Griffin of Blairsville followed his dream and created the largest home-based model train railroad in the world. This magical display is the result of 2 years of planning, seven years of construction and the creative genius of his fellow train enthusiasts. From Gainesville to Atlanta and everything in between these mini locomotives peruse the towns and tunnels of North Georgia.

On this adventure, we explore a couple of Southeast Georgia Gems, starting in Twin City at George L. Smith state park and ending Magnolia Spring State Park in Millen, GA. David explores these parks through Geocaching…A GPS driven treasure hunt in 43 state parks known as the geo-challenge. David gets a little lesson from a Geocaching experts and then sets out on his own.
