It’s a day on a family farm in Canton filled with work and play. We head to a Mansion in Savannah that just happens to have some of the best food in town. It’s off to the UGA Marine Science Center at Skidaway Island to find out what we can learn off the waters of our coast, and we visit a mountain lodge in Dahlonega that leads us to all seven continents.

The fun family Farm at Cagle's Family Farm and Cagle Farmhouse in Cherokee County is a place where kids can learn about agriculture and farming the fun way. The family-run operations offer a place where kids can learn about agriculture and farming the fun way, including a tomato and pepper planting experience accomplished with a half century-old hoe. In addition, you can take a fishing lesson, a hayride, and learn about the history of gold and gem stones in Cherokee county.

Skidaway Island

Take your future marine biologist to a place where they can explore. Tour the aquarium on Skidaway Island at the University of Georgia’s Marine Science Center. Tour the aquarium to learn about sea horses, sharks, alligators and star fish, then hop aboard a lobster boat for a trawl that brings up a sting ray, a squid, and tons of fish!
